You will sign a listing contract and our team will show your property to prospective buyers. A buyer will submit an offer and once accepted a deposit will be placed in escrow. A home inspection will be performed and title insurance will be ordered. Once the inspection is complete, the title and the deed are issued and the buyer’s loan is approved, you will enter into closing and successfully sell your property.
